ICE Escape Judge Just Got CRUSHED in Court!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The explosive charges stem from an April 18 courtroom encounter involving illegal alien Eduardo Flores Ruiz. According to federal documents, plainclothes ICE agents were stationed outside Judge Dugan’s courtroom, ready to detain Flores Ruiz once his court appearance ended. However, things reportedly took a dramatic turn when Judge Dugan learned of the agents’ presence.

Court records reveal that Judge Dugan became visibly upset, allegedly slamming the situation as “absurd” before storming off to her chambers. Eyewitnesses say she returned moments later to confront the federal agents directly in a public hallway. She is accused of demanding that ICE agents leave the courthouse and insisting they needed a different type of warrant to make an arrest on the premises, according to CNN.

But the situation didn’t end there. After resuming the court session, Dugan allegedly orchestrated an escape route for Flores Ruiz and his attorney, guiding them through a side jury door instead of the public exit where ICE was stationed. Agents later spotted Flores Ruiz outside the courthouse and apprehended him after a brief chase.

Former Trump official Kash Patel didn’t mince words about the controversy. “The FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week,” Patel posted on X. “We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest.”

Patel also slammed the judge’s actions for putting the community at risk. “Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public,” he added.

Judge Dugan’s next court appearance is set for May 15.

This isn’t the first time a judge has been accused of undermining immigration enforcement. In Massachusetts, Judge Shelley Joseph made headlines after allegedly helping an illegal immigrant avoid ICE detention by sneaking him out of her courthouse through a backdoor. Although the Biden administration dropped charges against Joseph in 2022, she still faces potential disciplinary proceedings.

Meanwhile, in New Mexico, former Judge Joel Cano was forced to resign after federal authorities arrested “an illegal alien from Venezuela and a suspected member of a criminal gang” living in a property connected to him. As part of a settlement, Cano agreed never to serve as a judge again — or even officiate weddings.

EOIR Acting Director Sirce E. Owen put it bluntly: the ongoing house-cleaning is about “restoring accountability so that the Executive Branch officials answer to the President and to the people.”

As pressure mounts, it’s clear the Biden White House is being pushed to send a strong message: those who undermine immigration enforcement — whether politicians or judges — won’t be given a free pass.
