Paul Kamenar, attorney for the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), is demanding answers. His group filed the formal complaint and wants the IRS to investigate what may be a serious breach of federal tax law.
“Ashley Biden’s failure to disclose to the IRS receiving $500,000 in grants in 2023 raises the question of what other contributions is she hiding,” Kamenar told the Washington Free Beacon.
The complaint not only zeroes in on the missing money but also hints at a broader pattern of financial misconduct within the Biden family. And it’s a pattern Americans are becoming all too familiar with.
Ashley’s brother, Hunter Biden, narrowly dodged a public trial in 2024 after he was fully and unconditionally pardoned by President Joe Biden for a decade’s worth of alleged tax fraud. He was accused of concealing millions in income earned from his shady foreign dealings. Hunter got a clean slate. So did Uncle James Biden and his wife Sarah, who were also deeply entangled in the family’s controversial business ventures. All were pardoned—everyone but Ashley, for now.
In the midst of this controversy, Greg Mangasarian, an accountant with Women’s Wellness Spa(ce), issued a statement attempting to clarify the discrepancy. He claimed the organization received only $150,000 in 2023, with the remainder of the $500,000 to be reported in 2024.
“The Women’s Wellness Space received $150,000 in 2023 and will report the balance in 2024,” Mangasarian said.
But there’s a glaring problem with that defense: the organization uses the accrual method of accounting. Under that method, funds are supposed to be recorded as they are pledged—not just when they’re spent or received later. Even Mangasarian admitted this, which makes the misreporting all the more troubling.
This isn’t just a clerical error. If the NLPC’s allegations hold water, Ashley Biden could face serious financial penalties—and the Biden administration, already dogged by accusations of corruption, could face yet another credibility crisis.

These figures were CONFIRMED through the 990 tax forms submitted by both groups. Yet somehow, Ashley Biden’s own organization reported taking in just $170,296, claiming it hadn’t received a single contribution over $5,000…..just like where Joe and Jill misused their S Corps to keep from paying 500,000 in taxes..I have been doing taxes for 45 yrs..and it is perfectly legal to have a S Corp..but ILLEGAL how the bidens used theirs..this was reported to IRS by a Congressman..but nothing done about it..of course…at least not yet..will see if IRS lets this slide too just because she is a biden..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
