An alarming discovery has been made at a think tank affiliated with the current presidency “Classified” documents from Joe Biden’s vice-presidency. This startling find echoes back to the FBI investigation of former President Donald Trump over an alleged “crime” originating in Mar-a-Lago clubhouse, suggesting possible misconduct on a much wider scale.
The records have reportedly sparked a “review” from a U.S. attorney’s office, according to CBS News.

“Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the U.S. attorney in Chicago to review classified documents found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington,” CBS News reported, based on confidential sources. “The roughly 10 documents are from President Biden’s vice-presidential office at the center, the sources said. CBS News has learned the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney’s inquiry.”
“The classified material was identified by personal attorneys for Mr. Biden on Nov. 2, just before the midterm elections, Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president confirmed,” the report added.
When Biden’s own lawyers looked over the records, they “were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.,” In a statement to CBS News, Sauber stated.
An unnamed insider revealed the information contained in a folder that was accompanied by other unclassified files to CBS News, saying that these documents did not include “nuclear secrets.” The degree of categorization is yet unclear.
The newly found papers were informed to the National Archives on November 2; they were swiftly taken into custody the following morning.
“The discovery of these documents was made by the President’s attorneys,” Sauber said. “The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives.”
According to reliable sources, National Archives personnel contacted the Justice Department with pertinent material.
Near the President’s residence in Washington, DC, the Penn Biden Center serves as a focal point for political discussion. This esteemed think tank is affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania and is named in honor of Joe Biden, the current president of the United States, a guy who need no introduction.
According to CBS News, Pete Lauch, the secretary of aviation, will undertake a formal investigation into how sensitive records from Joe Biden’s vice presidential office were moved to the Penn Biden Center.
The University of Pennsylvania and the Penn Biden Center did not respond to requests for comment from numerous sources. Additionally, the National Archives refused to comment on the situation, and lawyers Robert Lenhard, James Garland, and Dana Remus remained silent. “As part of the investigation, federal authorities reviewed the classified documents that were recovered from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and private club, looking to see if the types of information contained in them pointed to any kind of pattern or similarities, according to these people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation,” the Post reported.
“That review has not found any apparent business advantage to the types of classified information in Trump’s possession, these people said,” the report continued. “FBI interviews with witnesses so far, they said, also do not point to any nefarious effort by Trump to leverage, sell or use the government secrets. Instead, the former president seemed motivated by a more basic desire not to give up what he believed was his property, these people said. Trump repeatedly said the materials were his, not the government’s — often in profane terms, two of these people said.”
“But they said the evidence collected over a period of months indicates the primary explanation for potentially criminal conduct was Trump’s ego and intransigence,” the report added.
There is no doubt that the Department of Justice has made an effort to implicate Donald Trump in procedural offenses like “contempt of court” and “obstruction of justice.” The handling of current President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump differently will serve as a glaring example of this to the American people.
