An IRS whistleblower and his “entire investigative team” are fired by the Department of Justice, startling Hunter Biden’s tax fraud inquiry. The dismissal has been confirmed by several publications, which raises concerns about the validity of the inquiry and could reveal political meddling.
In a letter to Congress, the whistleblower’s attorneys expressed their fear that the act was retaliatory.
“Today the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Supervisory Special Agent we represent was informed that he and his entire investigative team are being removed from the ongoing and sensitive investigation of the high-profile, controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower disclosures to Congress. He was informed the change was at the request of the Department of Justice,” Tristan Leavitt and Mark Lytle composed the text.
An IRS insider uncovered a conflict of interest that was impeding the probe last month.
According to the criminal supervisory special agent’s counsel, “politics are ‘improperly infecting decisions’ in the investigation.”
According to The New York Post:
Despite being identified by insiders in Congress, the first son is not the focus of the cover-up allegations made by the whistleblower in charge of the Hunter Biden investigation.
“On April 27, 2023, IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel appeared before the House Committee on Ways and Means. He testified: ‘I can say without any hesitation there will be no retaliation for anyone making an allegation or a call to a whistleblower hotline.’ However, this move is clearly retaliatory and may also constitute obstruction of a congressional inquiry,” the lawyers went on.
“Our client has a right to make disclosures to Congress … He is protected by 5 U.S.C. § 2302 from retaliatory personnel actions—including receiving a ‘significant change in duties, responsibilities, or working conditions’ (which this clearly is) because of his disclosures to Congress.
“Any attempt by any government official to prevent a federal employee from furnishing information to Congress is also a direct violation of longstanding appropriations restriction. Furthermore, 18 U.S.C. § 1505 makes it a crime to obstruct an investigation of Congress,” Lytle and Leavitt wrote.
Added by the whistleblower’s team: “We respectfully request that you give this matter your prompt attention. Removing the experienced investigators who have worked this case for years and are now the subject-matter experts is exactly the sort of issue our client intended to blow the whistle on to begin with.”

IRS Informant Claims “Preferential Treatment and Politics” Defeated President’s Son’s Tax Charges
Shocking whistleblower allegations go against Merrick Garland’s assurance that primary investigator David Weiss was given complete independence in the investigation independent of political circumstances.
Last Friday, Leavitt revealed during an interview on the “Just the News, No Noise” TV program that congressional leaders were interested in the accusations made by his client. Leavitt even made a suggestion that hearings may be convened to support these assertions.
He said that Rep. Jason Smith of Missouri, a Republican, has stated that House Ways and Means is dedicated to hearing these claims in their entirety. “so we look forward to a process. … We are engaged with both sides of the aisle, and we anticipate that ultimately, our client, a very, very courageous and well-respected whistleblower, will be able to share his allegations with Congress.”

I have said this before and now again: Our Government is Corrupt, period.
My God how far does this crime family syndicate run? Isn’t there anymore justice in world?
Nothing new. Just government trash covering for Biden trash for which nothing will be done.
