A significant new legal challenge has emerged, raising fresh concerns about the integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election. The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is now under the microscope, with allegations that it illegally transported at least one million mail-in ballots from New York to Pennsylvania just days before the election. The complaint, filed last Friday in the U.S. District Court in Maryland, is spearheaded by attorney Brian Della Rocca, with crucial evidence provided by financial investigators John Moynihan and Larry Doyle.
According to the lawsuit, on October 21, 2020, USPS contractor Jesse Morgan was tasked with transporting 20 large containers, known as Gaylords, from a USPS facility in Bethpage, New York, to various locations in Pennsylvania. Each Gaylord contained tens of thousands of mail-in ballots, potentially adding up to over one million ballots in total. This transportation of ballots has raised significant legal and procedural questions, particularly because the Bethpage facility is not authorized to handle First-Class mail, which includes mail-in ballots.

The complaint points out that USPS regulations require every piece of First-Class mail to be imaged for tracking purposes, something that allegedly did not occur with these ballots. The fact that the Bethpage facility is only certified to handle packages and express mail, and not First-Class mail, adds to the concern. The legal team behind the lawsuit is questioning how these ballots ended up at a facility not equipped to process them, and why they were transported without proper tracking and authorization.
