In response to a question on the 2020 election, Trump discussed the difficulties his family had because of their political affiliation. “They did such a great job last time, and they were gone after by people that were very unfair,” He made reference to the attention and inquiries his family experienced in his statement.

Since independent voters, who make up around 40% of the electorate and may vote in either major party’s campaign, have historically flocked to New Hampshire’s storied presidential primary, Haley regarded the state as an advantageous climate. Haley also spent a lot of time and money in the state, and with his backing, she was able to get the support of popular Republican Governor Chris Sununu.

But for a second week in a row, Trump won, handily capturing both of the important early voting states.

Regarding Haley’s campaign suspension, he expressed his opinion by saying, “I don’t know. She should.”

“She should because, otherwise, we have to keep wasting money instead of spending on Biden,” Trump said. “If she doesn’t drop out, we have to waste money instead of spending it on Biden, which is our focus.”

“The party is very united except for her,” Trump said. “The party is very united, and we’re looking forward to going against the worst president in the history of our country.”

Trump easily won the Republican presidential primary in New Hampshire on Tuesday night, and President Joe Biden announced that he “will be the nominee.”

In an email to Mediaite, Biden concedes that Trump will probably win and thanks the people who helped him win the New Hampshire Democratic primary by supporting his write-in campaign.

“It is now clear that Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee. And my message to the country is the stakes could not be higher. Our Democracy. Our personal freedoms — from the right to choose to the right to vote. Our economy — which has seen the strongest recovery in the world since COVID. All are at stake. I want to thank all those who wrote my name in this evening in New Hampshire,” Biden’s remark was read.

“It was a historic demonstration of commitment to our democratic process. And I want to say to all those Independents and Republicans who share our commitment to core values of our nation — our Democracy, our personal freedoms, an economy that gives everyone a fair shot — to join us as Americans. Let’s remember. We are the United States of America. And there is nothing — nothing — we can’t do if we do it together,” the statement added.

Tuesday’s New Hampshire GOP primary saw Trump defeat former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley in a one-on-one contest.

After Haley promised to carry on with her campaign, Trump attacked her during his victory address.

“I said, wow, she’s doing a speech like she won. She didn’t win. She lost,” At the Sheraton in Nashua, Trump stated. “Let’s not have somebody take a victory when she had a terrible night. She had a terrible night.”

Trump begs Haley to withdraw from the contest, pointing to his victories in Iowa and New Hampshire as proof that her prospects of winning the nomination are poor.

The next nomination battle and chance to win delegates is the Nevada caucus, where Haley is not competing. Next, the primary is held in Haley’s home state of South Carolina, where Trump is ahead in the polls.

Trump turned to face Scott, the senator Haley had nominated, and said that backing Scott was a sign that he genuinely “hates” Haley. “I simply adore you,” Scott said.

“We are going to win this. We have no choice. If we don’t win, I think our country is finished,” Trump said.

Haley is adamant on finishing the race.
