Donald Trump, a former president, has not yet decided who will be his running partner in future elections. Making such a choice before a debate, a primary, or the Republican National Convention, which is still a year away, is premature.
He does, however, still find some people entertaining, one of whom is a devoted Democrat.
In a recent development, President Trump stated that he was open to the notion of working with long-shot Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Trump praised Kennedy for being a smart person.
During a call-in segment, Newsmax anchor Rob Schmitt recently asked the 45th president a question. The question centered on Kennedy’s potential effects on the election if he ran on a third-party ticket.
“I don’t know, but he’s got great support in the party. He’s got great support in the Democrat Party,” Trump responded. Trump added that he had seen some polling where Kennedy was getting 23 percent. “That’s a lot of vote,” he said.
“A lot of people like you and him as a combination, too,” Schmitt said. “I don’t think that can happen, but have you ever thought about that?” He added: “Trump/Kennedy looks good on a bumper sticker.”
“No, although it has been recommended. The same books that you read, I also read.
“There are a lot of people suggesting it, there’s no question about that,” Trump added. “I’ve known him over the years. He’s a smart guy and well-intentioned. I really believe he’s very well-intentioned.”
In a June interview with Howie Carr, Trump showed affection for the late U.S. president’s son. Robert F. Kennedy was the attorney general.

“He’s a common sense guy, and so am I,” Trump said. “He’s been very nice to me, I’ve actually had a very nice relationship with him over the years.”
“He’s doing really well, I saw a poll, he’s at 22. That’s pretty good! That’s pretty good, doing very well,” Trump added.
Former Trump campaign manager Steve Bannon proposed Kennedy as a potential running mate for Trump in June.
In a segment of his well-liked “War Room” podcast, Bannon discussed his thoughts on the viability of RFK Jr. in the 2024 Democratic primary. Bannon says that while RFK Jr. might not stand a good chance of winning, working with Trump might forge an unbreakable political alliance.
“Robert RFK Jr. is not going to win the Democratic nomination. The reason is that hard-core Democrats are not going to vote for him,” Bannon began. “If you look at the polling, his voters, that 19 to 20 plus percent, whatever it is right now in the polling, are people that voted for Obama twice looking for a change and many of whom voted for Trump in ’16. What you have is this anti-establishment, anti-authoritarian, populist movement that doesn’t trust the administrative state, doesn’t trust the deep state.”
Bannon stressed the significance of considering the perspectives of Robert F Kennedy in addition to those like “Judas Pence” and the “Keebler elves”. He emphasized the significance of this new development and the possible crossover with President Trump’s goals. In spite of its shortcomings, it is something to be watched in our flawed world.
Bannon draws a comparison between Trump’s original firing and how RFK Jr. is currently being treated by the Democratic Party and the media.
“So there’s something aborning here and we’ve got to keep our eye on it. This is very much like, as John Fredericks remembers in ‘14 and ‘15 when we were talking about this and this guy named Trump that, you know, was a leading something that was just, you know, starting to coalesce,” Bannon continued.
“And of course, people mocked and ridiculed it. He’s just a TV guy. All he’s trying to do is renegotiate his deal with NBC. No, that was incorrect,” Bannon concluded.
If TRUMP and KENNEDY could join forces – we really WOULD see a united country again. Both men are smart and PATRIOTS. Time to forget about their parties – and think about America. The votes would be MASSIVE.
It could be just a trick though. A way of getting another Democrat in the Oval office. They’re saying Kennedy can’t beat Joe Biden. They’re saying Trump is running ahead of the pack. But they could be trying to have Trump carry RFKjr across the White House threshold guaranteeing a democrat President in the event of Trump’s death.
Then they could arrange his death.
Sorry. I’m suspicious of democrats. Even those named Kennedy.
Great Idea …TRUMP AND KENNEDY…
