Trump’s National Guard Plan SHUT DOWN by Judge!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Last weekend, President Trump had authorized the National Guard to deploy to Portland, Oregon, and other Democrat-controlled cities to safeguard ICE agents and federal property from Antifa extremists and far-left agitators.

The president made his intentions crystal clear:

“At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

The statement sent shockwaves through Washington — and predictably, Democrat leaders in Oregon rushed to block the move.

Oregon’s far-left Governor Tina Kotek wasted no time declaring political war on Trump’s plan to restore peace. Instead of backing federal efforts to stop the nightly chaos, Kotek told the President of the United States to “stand down” and keep troops out of her state — even as violent Antifa mobs continued to terrorize neighborhoods, torch buildings, and assault officers.

Her response came as no surprise. For years, Portland’s leaders have turned a blind eye to Antifa’s reign of terror, allowing so-called “protesters” to operate with impunity while ordinary citizens and business owners suffer.

The court’s Temporary Restraining Order — which expires in 14 days — effectively hands control back to local officials who have failed to maintain law and order for years.

As expected, CNN quickly jumped on the story, celebrating the ruling as a major “setback” for President Trump’s law-and-order agenda. The network reported:

“A federal judge in Oregon has granted a temporary restraining order blocking the Trump administration from deploying the National Guard into Portland after the president announced he would send in troops to protect what he calls a ‘war-ravaged’ city.”

According to CNN, the order will remain in effect until October 18, barring further legal action from the administration.

Meanwhile, on the very same night the ruling was announced, Antifa and far-left protesters once again flooded Portland’s streets, blocking intersections, vandalizing property, and clashing with police. Videos posted online showed fires burning across the city — a scene that has become all too familiar.

Despite the judicial setback, the Trump Administration is not backing down. The midnight appeal signals that the president is prepared to take the fight all the way to higher courts if necessary. Sources close to the administration say the White House views the situation as a matter of national security — not politics.

Supporters argue that federal intervention is long overdue. Portland’s local leaders have repeatedly proven they are either unwilling or unable to control the mob violence that has turned the city into a national embarrassment.

While Democrats celebrate the ruling as a victory, the reality on the ground tells a different story: the fires, destruction, and fear in Portland continue.

For now, Trump’s team is gearing up for a legal showdown that could define how far a president can go to defend the nation’s cities from domestic chaos — and whether the courts will keep siding with the mobs or finally stand with law and order.
