Trump added fuel to the fire by reaffirming his December declaration that any executive actions signed by former President Joe Biden using an autopen are legally invalid.
“Our congressional investigation will serve as the basis to uphold the declaration of those pardons and executive orders being declared null and void,” Comer said.
Despite that statement, critics note that no visible enforcement action has followed.
According to reporting from The Gateway Pundit, the White House Counsel’s Office has launched an internal probe into the autopen scandal. That investigation reportedly involves more than one million documents, including last-minute pardons, executive actions, and potentially years of paperwork allegedly signed without Biden’s direct knowledge or approval.
The controversy centers on whether Biden was mentally or physically aware of documents issued in his name. While Biden has publicly insisted, “I made every decision,” internal records and scheduling data reportedly contradict that claim.
Even more damaging, newly revealed admissions from within the Biden White House indicate that thousands of pardons were issued without Biden personally reviewing them. One attorney acknowledged that Biden “doesn’t review” the documents. Former White House Staff Secretary Stef Feldman also admitted she had no proof Biden approved the use of his autopen for sweeping clemency actions involving thousands of criminals.
Trump responded with fury.
“What was done is totally illegal, and anything signed that way is of ‘no further force or effect.’ The person who ‘worked’ the Autopen had no idea whether or not Biden approved of what he was doing. There was no ORDER in writing, and it was an absolutely illegal act perpetrated by the Radical Left Insurrectionists who illegally ran the Biden Administration,” Trump said.
“Every one of them should be arrested for what they have done to our Country.”
Trump went even further, tying the autopen scandal directly to the broader dispute over the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
“They didn’t win the Presidency but, when you think of it, neither did Joe Biden. The whole thing was RIGGED. There must be a price to pay, and it has got to be a BIG ONE!” Trump added:
