June 2019, E. Jean Carroll wore a jacket dress on the cover of New York Magazine, which she claimed she had on when she was allegedly attacked by Donald Trump in 1994. Carroll had to reevaluate her claim, though, when New York Magazine revealed in 1994 that the dress in question was not for sale. She eventually admitted that the incident did, in fact, happen in 1995 or 1996, though she is still unsure of the precise year. Carroll claims that she met Trump on the street, and the two of them made the decision to go to a posh department store in New York City to buy underwear prior to the reported attack. This story is not credible.
New York Magaine said on its cover, “The jacket dress she was wearing that day has hung in her closet ever since; she wore it again for the first time for her portrait with New York.”

June 2019, E. A strange story was told by Jean Carroll in New York Magazine. Carroll disclosed that after the alleged assault, she had stored the dress in her closet and never worn it again. She also declared quite confidently, “I haven’t had any sex since that incident.”
She even wore the dress in a New York Magazine photo shoot.
Still, there’s a big problem with this woman’s story. In 1994, the Donna Karan jacket dress did not exist or become a thing to buy. This is a completely made-up story.
The Trump lawyer, Boris Epshteyn, spoke to the press outside the New York City courtroom where the E. Judge Lewis Kaplan is hearing the case of Jean Carroll. Boris explained that Carroll’s dress, which she said she was wearing when Trump allegedly attacked her in 1995 or 1996, was not made in 1994 as she had first claimed. Regretfully, it’s still unclear exactly when the dress will be available.
Attorney Boris Epshteyn: “She said, this is the dress I wore in 1994. They went back, they checked. The dress wasn’t even made in 1994. And that’s why the date’s moved around. This is the 80s. Is it the 90s? Is it the 2000s? President Trump has consistently stated that he was falsely accused and he has the right to defend himself.”
Carroll has a history of dishonesty, so this is not an isolated instance. Furthermore, it is clear that she misrepresented the source of funding for her lawsuit. Carroll first said that nobody was paying for her lawsuit against Trump. But subsequently, Carroll’s lawyer admits that billionaire Never-Trumper Reid Hoffman was actually funding Carroll’s legal action.
Carroll doesn’t remember the exact year the alleged rape happened because it happened decades ago.

Court records obtained by USA First Reporting show that Miss Carroll acknowledged under oath that she might have purchased the dress in 1995 rather than 1994 as she had previously thought. It was only after she was corrected by New York Magazine that she realized this!
It was the magazine that helped E. Jean Carroll in discovering the dress’s actual provenance, which defies her initial assertion that it was manufactured in 1994.
According to E. Jean Carroll’s deposition, she cannot recall the exact date of the alleged assault. She can attest, though, that it did occur after 1995.
Her story’s credibility is significantly damaged by its lack of specificity and clarity. This case is ridiculous due to her ignorance of a critical detail about her Donna Karan dress.
This is not just an E vs E dispute. Donald Trump and Jean Carroll. There is a conflict inside E. The actual Jean Carroll. In this case, both in the past and the present, she has not been able to provide any supporting evidence.
In a case as serious as RAPE, there needs to be some evidence. There was only 3 items of evidence introduced at the trial. 1. Jean Carroll said he did it! 2. Trump said he didn’t do it, and that he really didn’t even know the woman. 3. A photograph of Trump, Jean Carroll, and her husband! She claimed the photo proved that she knew Trump. Trump has had his photo taken with tens of thousands of people over the years. The photo only proves that this photo with Trump, is a photo taken of a fan and Trump did not know them. So now you are only left with “he said, she said!” At this point BOTH PARTIES need to be compelled to take a lie detector test! Lie detector tests have now become SO reliable that many courts allow them, and many governmental agency’s routinely use these tests. If RAPE is such a heinous crime, that totally disrupts a woman’s life so violently, I find it VERY hard to believe that Ms. Carroll, would not only remember the year, but the day of the week, the date, the hour, the minute. She is a liar, and Trump might be a big mouth, might be bombastic, might send mean tweets, but he did not rape Jean Carroll.
She, Carroll will be proved to be a liar.
