A deeply personal health battle inside the family of Hollywood star Terry Crews has come into public view, as his wife, Rebecca King Crews, shared her long and difficult fight against Parkinson’s disease. But in a story that blends hardship with resilience, she is now pointing to a promising new treatment that is helping her regain control of her life.
Speaking candidly during an appearance on Today, King Crews revealed that she has quietly been living with Parkinson’s for years. The condition, which progressively affects movement and coordination, had slowly taken a toll on her daily routine. Yet today, she says she is beginning to reclaim abilities she once feared were gone for good.
“I feel good,” King Crews said during the segment. “I’m able to write my name and my dates, and I’m able to write with my right hand for the first time in probably three years.”
Her journey did not begin with a clear diagnosis. In fact, it was marked by years of uncertainty and frustration.
