In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court of Florida has given a grand jury permission to conduct a thorough investigation into Big Pharma’s participation in civil and criminal wrongdoings related to the creation of the COVID-19 vaccine. Future healthcare rules across the state might be affected in a way that has never been done before.
“A statewide grand jury shall be promptly impaneled for a term of twelve calendar months, to run from the date of impanelment, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses stated herein,” As per the court order.

“The Petitioner, the Honorable Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida, has alleged that good and sufficient reason exists and that it is in the public interest to impanel a statewide grand jury, with jurisdiction throughout the State of Florida, to investigate crime, return indictments, make presentments, and otherwise perform all functions of a grand jury with regard to the offenses listed,” The court order kept going.
The grand jury inquiry will cover a wide range of topics and have several potential targets. These consist of: “Individuals, persons, and entities, including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical manufacturers (and their executive officers) and other medical associations or organizations involved in the design, development, clinical testing or investigation, manufacture, marketing, representation, advertising, promotion, labeling, distribution, formulation, packing, sale, purchase, donation, dispensing, prescribing, administration, or use of vaccines purported to prevent COVID-19 infection, symptoms, and transmission.”
Additionally, the grand jury will look at “other criminal activity or wrongdoing that the statewide grand jury uncovers during the course of the investigation if it determines that pursuing the criminal activity or wrongdoing is in the best interests of the investigation.”
DeSantis gave the following illustration of probable criminal fraud in his first petition: “It is likely that individuals and companies with an incentive to do so” It generated a false feeling of confidence that these immunizations would be helpful in preventing infection and transmission by encouraging patients to acquire the COVID mRNA doses.
The incorrect assumption that mRNA vaccines dramatically reduce viral infection or transmission rates has been propagated by prominent American authorities, including President Joe Biden and Drs. Anthony Fauci & Rochelle Walensky of the CDC. This belief has been disproven by current study results.
DeSantis said it is important to “impossible to imagine that so many influential individuals came to this view on their own.”
Ronald Ficarrotta, a respected judge with a home base in Tampa, was recently chosen by the Florida Supreme Court to preside over a grand jury for a period of one year. This body will be made up of 18 people picked from five different judicial districts. At least five justices must work together on any issue that requires discussion, and four judges are required to reach a ruling.
