Judge Juan Manuel Merchan, a left-leaning jurist who will preside over President Trump’s forthcoming criminal prosecution in New York City beginning on March 25, has made a donation to a nonprofit organization that promotes progressive and Democratic causes.
A payment that Trump made to Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election is at the center of the Democrats’ most recent attempt to meddle in the election. To the accusations brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Trump enters a not guilty plea.

In a fictitious tax fraud plot that targeted President Trump, his family, and his company, Judge Merchan sentenced the former 75-year-old CFO of the President of the United States to five months in jail last year.
Democrats in New York are pursuing legal action against Trump in an effort to prevent him from winning the presidency. This is their most recent complaint against him.
Act Blue received donations from Judge Juan Merchan of New York with the designated use of “Stop The Republicans” and “Biden For President,” according to FEC records.
Most Democratic political contributions in the 2020 election year are processed by Democratic fundraiser Act Blue, according to DC Patriot.
“Although the dollar amounts were what some would be considered small, this proves impartiality towards Donald Trump. Donating to both the former and future expected counterpart on the presidential ballot is a huge deal, and something that cannot go unnoticed,” the outlet reported.

In the past, Judge Merchan oversaw tax fraud charges against the Trump Organization and Allen Weisselberg, the company’s former CFO.
Trump, who dislikes Merchan, posted on Truth Social last week. “Juan Manuel Merchan, was hand-picked by Bragg & the Prosecutors, & is the same person who “railroaded” my 75 year old former CFO, Allen Weisselberg.”
