Business is all about knowing your customer, and Popeyes just reminded everyone why they’re a serious competitor. The Louisiana-based chain announced a brand-new wing lineup, dropping four fresh dry rub flavors: Ghost Pepper, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parm, and Buffalo.
But here’s where it gets interesting. They didn’t just toss a few spices on old wings and slap a “new” label on the box. Popeyes actually re-engineered the entire recipe from the ground up.
