On March 17, Amico sat inside the Old Westbury Diner with his accountant, enjoying what should have been an ordinary breakfast.

Then, without warning, something went terribly wrong.

Amico began sweating heavily. Within seconds, he lost consciousness.

He had no pulse. He wasn’t breathing.
