NJ Governor Race Turns Into SHOCKER

The battle for New Jersey’s governor’s mansion has officially turned into a nail-biter.

According to a new Atlas Intel poll released Saturday, Republican Jack Ciattarelli and Democrat Mikie Sherrill are virtually tied just days before voters head to the polls.

The poll — conducted by one of the most accurate firms from the 2024 presidential cycle — shows Sherrill barely clinging to a razor-thin 0.9 percent lead, with 50.2 percent of respondents backing her and 49.3 percent supporting Ciattarelli. That difference sits well within the survey’s margin of error, making the race a statistical tie as New Jersey barrels toward Election Day.

Atlas Intel’s findings paint a grim picture for both major parties. Despite New Jersey’s deep-blue reputation, even Democratic leaders are taking heavy hits.

Just 43 percent of respondents said they had a positive opinion of Governor Phil Murphy, while 53 percent viewed him negatively. The numbers for President Donald Trump weren’t much better — 47 percent favorable versus 52 percent unfavorable — though that’s considered strong for a Republican in a state long dominated by Democrats.
