Rosanne Boyland, a Trump supporter who sadly perished during the events of that day, was revived by paramedics and Capitol Police officers, according to fresh security footage acquired by The Epoch Times. The video casts doubt on claims that the Capitol Police officer had significant and “life-threatening injuries” because the officer went on to play a pivotal role as a witness for the House January 6 Committee.
Aquilino Gonell claimed in sworn testimony and in federal court that the January 6 Capitol demonstrations caused “life-threatening” injuries to him. Gonell explained to the judge in a victim impact statement he gave in court in May that he was “bleeding from both hands, [had] a maimed foot, hit on the head, sprayed with pepper and bear spray, beaten, punched, pushed, pulled, and assaulted by many other rioters as they try to gain entrance.”
Gonell described the day’s events before the January 6 Committee, saying, “This is how I’m going to die.”
The crucial committee witness highlighted the need for two operations for his wounds received on that fatal day during an emotional interview with CBS News. Furthermore, he said that while on the grounds of the Capitol Building, he helped Rosanne Boyland save her life.
But as independent journalist Julie Kelly has noted, the freshly made video refutes Gonell’s assertions. “Here he is for several minutes near the body of Rosanne Boyland at around 4:50 on Jan 6, after the protest and violence ended. His hands show no sign of injury. Nor does his shoulder, as he takes off gear,” Kelly pointed to the video as she typed. “His feet seem fine–he is seen kicking items out of the area. And his head, which had been protected by a riot helmet, shows no sign of injury, either.”
“Not only did Gonell lie to Congress and federal judges in “victim impact” statements, he has repeatedly lied during media interviews and on social media about his experience,” Kelly added.

It was discovered that Officer Gonell had been on leave for nine months during the CBS interview. He produced “evidence” of a “crushed” foot from his confrontations with demonstrators at the Capitol, despite looking unhurt in the CCTV film.
“I’m working through physical therapy. I had two surgeries already,” he said.
SHOULD IT BE FOUND, TRUTHFULLY, THAT HE LIED AND WAS NOT INJURED TO THE DEGREE HE CLAIMS – – HE MUST BE PROSECUTED FOR LIES NOT ONLY TO CONGRESS BUT DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE!!! JAIL TIME!
