The House Oversight Committee received information about a political “pay-to-play” plan involving President Joe Biden and his family. Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene issued a severe warning about the potential consequences of this information. She claims that if this data is shown to be accurate, it might negatively affect the president’s chances of winning reelection.
A Georgia Republican has commented on the FBI’s disregard for a subpoena in response to Chairman James Comer’s warning. After May 30th, Director Christopher Wray might be found in contempt of Congress if the organization doesn’t release an internal document.
The document at issue, FD-1023, was provided by a whistleblower and purportedly describes a hypothetical conversation between Vice President Biden and a foreigner. This purported transaction involves fictitious financial contributions in return for advantageous foreign policy choices. The goal of our committee is to learn the truth about these accusations.
“If they hand over that form, the proof is there… It will literally show, not only to our country but the world, that [Biden] abused his powers as vice president in order to make money to enrich himself to make foreign policy decisions on behalf of the United States of America. You can not do that. That is highly illegal. I think it would lead to impeachment and also destroy his presidential campaign,” Greene, a committee member, spoke exclusively to The Daily Caller.
According to the FBI, disclosing the document could put the identity of the source who provided the information under threat. The bureau has also stated that the information in the documents is unreliable.
“The FBI’s mission is to protect the American people. Releasing confidential source information could potentially jeopardize investigations and put lives at risk. The FBI remains committed to cooperating with Congress’s oversight requests on this matter and others as we always have,” in the statement, the FBI claimed.
“An FD-1023 form is used by FBI agents to record unverified reporting by a confidential human source. Documenting the information does not validate it, establish its credibility, or weigh it against other information verified by the FBI,” the bureau’s statement continued.
“Revealing unverified or possibly incomplete information could harm investigations, prejudice prosecutions or judicial proceedings, unfairly violate privacy or reputations, create misimpressions in the public, or potentially identify individuals who provide information to law enforcement, placing their physical safety at risk. Information from confidential human sources and members of the public is critical to the work of the FBI and we are also committed to protecting the confidentiality of anyone who comes forward,” the FBI added.
In a recent report, the Oversight Committee made the accusation that certain members of the Biden family used their ties to profit financially from Romanian and Chinese assets through influence-peddling. This report highlights potentially unethical behavior and calls for additional consideration and inquiry.

The report displays bank records that purport to demonstrate money transfers to family members via different LLCs. The Daily Caller makes it clear that the president is not held accountable for the alleged transactions in the report.
According to Greene’s comments to the publication, the committee has issued a subpoena for the FD-1023 document as it might potentially link the President with the suspected money laundering operation and offer tangible proof of “direct pay-to-play” operations.
Representative Greene claims that the paper implies that Joe Biden accepted cash from a foreigner in exchange for endorsing specific foreign policy choices. Such a move could be seen as a pay-to-play conspiracy and result in Biden’s impeachment. He might potentially be charged with a crime if the Department of Justice took action. The committee will also look at claims that Hunter Biden participated in human sex trafficking as part of its inquiry.
“Some of them are Russian and Ukrainian and I think that leads us to be concerned about national security… what information could they have seen?” she told The DC.
