Meadows’ Shocking Turn: Trump in Georgia Case!

There is a pattern of behavior that signals the former president’s associates may flip on him to legally protect themselves, according to a new research that connected the dots between Donald Trump’s Georgia indictment and co-conspirators.

Mark Meadows, the chief of staff for the White House, is charged with working with Trump to rig the 2020 election in Georgia. According to court documents, he could team up with former allies to accuse Trump of being the “primary driver” of the alleged racketeering plan. In a Politico investigation, details were provided.

Secret government manifestation pill 💊?

Meadows’ defense attorney brought to Trump’s participation in the infamous January 2, 2021 phone call in which he compelled Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find” enough votes. This is a key point in the prosecution’s case.

According to Politico: “Meadows arranged that pivotal call. But after prosecutors played audio of the call in the courtroom, an attorney for Meadows emphasized that his client’s part in the actual discussion was both more minor and less provocative than Trump’s.”

“There’s a lot of statements by Mr. Trump. Mr. Meadows’ speaking roles were quite limited,”

Michael Francisco, the attorney for Meadows, watched as the prosecution’s witness, Raffensperger, was subjected to cross-examination.

“He didn’t make a request that you change the vote totals — Mr. Meadows, himself?” Francisco continued.

“Correct,” Raffensperger replied.

Politico draws attention to the possibility for bolstering the case against Trump’s interference with the legal system and improper management of secret material. It is important to note, though, that according to court documents from David Shafer, Cathleen Latham, and Shawn Still, they were only carrying out orders from Trump and his lawyers.

Three people have been charged in Georgia for attempting to meddle with an election by pretending to be voters.

In a case she brought against Trump, the Fulton County District Attorney is advocating for a “speedy trial” of all 19 co-defendants.

Willis surprises the court with a daring proposal; according to the report, the trial for all defendants must start on October 23.

The only co-defendants thus far revealed are Kenneth Chesebro and former Trump attorney Sydney Powell. Willis, though, argued against the defendants being separated in a court document on Tuesday, calling it “improper.”

Willis’ motion to the court as he plans to begin all defendants’ trials on October 23 astounds.

Glenn Kirshner, a network legal expert, was questioned by MSNBC presenter Ali Velshi, “What is the basis of arguing that severance in a case like this is improper?”

“So, Ali, anytime we indict a co-defendant case, the prosecutors have a keen interest in keeping all defendants in the same trial,” Kirschner said. “The defendants ordinarily have a keen interest to try to get themselves removed from, or severed out, of the joint trial. Why is that? Because any time co-defendants are tried separate from their fellow co-defendants — and I’ve had this happen many times as a prosecutor — they will make what they call ‘the empty chair defense.’”

“So I can almost promise you that one of, for example, defendant Chesebro’s defenses, if he is sitting there, either alone or maybe with Sidney Powell and one or two other co-conspirators, charged co-defendants, I can almost see him saying, ‘You know what? John Eastman, the constitutional scholar, the law school Dean, who should be sitting in that empty chair right there, but he’s not. He is the true architect behind the alternate electors scheme because he assured me there was legal support for it,’” Kirshner continued.

The legal expert made the observation that this would perhaps raise questions in at least one juror’s mind, leading to a hung jury and no verdict.

Earlier, Kirshner made the following forecast: “a chorus of voices from many of the co-defendants” they won’t be able to effectively prepare for the trial by October 23.

“It will be really interesting now to see what Judge [Scott] McAfee does now that Fani Willis is prepared to give everyone their speedy trial,” Kirschner added.

  1. Alternate electors is exactly what the Dems wanted after the 2016 election in Georgia. And now the Dems legal squad, led by Fani Willis threatens each of the co-defendents that they’ll lose everything and be bankrupt, plus face decades of prison time, if they don’t break away from supporting Trump. They did a variation of this with Gen. Flynn in 2016. First they did actually bankrupt him abd he said he had done nothing wrong.and charges were false. Then they decided to attack his son and his young family, with a new baby, declaring they’d bankrupt him too and imprison him unless dad, Gen Flynn, admitted to SOMETHING, even if false. So he did plead guilty to something minor he was INNOCENT OF, to save his son from their same attacks on innocents. Trump later pardoned the innocent Gen Flynn, but I’m sure he will destroy those crooks for the rest of his life. And he lost his retirement pension, his Alexandria home, savings.. .. everything. There should be a financial penalty for the criminal politicians that do these things to good, innocent people. Make them have some skin in the game of ther crooked schemes.

  2. Heh, heh, heh, REVOLURTION will be the SOLUTION – it always is against TYRANNY – deal with it SHEEPLE, you’re next as is all the rest of “US”!

  3. They were not trying to rig the election, they were trying to get to the truth and
the Libs don’t want to go there. Oh what a tangled web they weave!
