What makes the revelation even more damning is that law enforcement insiders leaked proof of the chat’s existence. This completely contradicts earlier claims from Discord, which previously insisted there was “no evidence” that the plot to kill Kirk was planned on its platform. Patel confirmed the FBI has already “served legal process” on Discord to preserve records for potential prosecution.
Patel went further, telling Fox that he believes others who watched Robinson plan his attack but said nothing may also face charges. “There’s more than 20 individuals,” Patel declared. When pressed by Sen. Hawley on the number of users, Patel added, “It’s a lot more than that. We’re running them all down.”
This explosive discovery has widened the FBI’s investigation beyond Discord. Sources say agents are racing to track down at least seven social media accounts that appeared to know about the assassination before it happened.
WATCH:
Some of these disturbing posts date as far back as a month before the murder. Screenshots show one message from September 3 that read: “itd be funny if someone like charlie kirk got shot on september 10th LMAO.” That was just one week before Kirk was gunned down at Utah Valley University.
Even more chilling, the night before the attack, a TikTok user who appears to be transgender posted a cryptic video captioned: “charles james kirk…does not know what’s coming tomorrow.” The user added, “This isn’t a threat. It’s a promise.”
Investigators have noted that several of the suspicious accounts appear to belong to transgender individuals, and at least one was following Robinson’s own roommate — who was both transgender and romantically involved with the suspect.
Patel’s warnings suggest this assassination may not have been the act of a deranged individual, but rather the outcome of a coordinated digital conspiracy. The FBI is now digging into every user, every post, and every connection linked to Robinson’s online circles.
For millions of Americans still grieving the death of Charlie Kirk, Patel’s testimony raises the most haunting question yet: Was Kirk deliberately targeted by an organized network — and if so, how deep does this conspiracy go?
