Kari Lake appealed a judge’s decision to dismiss her case concerning the 2022 midterm election because she refused to give up on her fight for justice against Maricopa County and Arizona election authorities.
Lake is contesting the decision to dismiss her lawsuit and has filed an appeal with the Arizona Superior Court. She has also asked the prestigious Arizona Supreme Court for a review, demonstrating that she won’t give up easily!

Judge Peter Thompson recently dismissed Lake’s legal case against Governor-elect Katie Hobbs in Arizona Superior Court. Although Ms. Hobbs’ holiday success serves as an early Christmas present, her job is far from done—she still has the responsibility of reporting to work and taking on new difficulties!
The court essentially dismissed Lake’s charges of voter fraud and eliminated any claims of outcome manipulation by ruling that any errors on Election Day were not the result of intentional misbehavior.
“The Court cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence,” stated Judge Thompson.
The team representing Kari Lake dropped their subpoena in favor of Katie Hobbs, the former secretary of state and soon-to-be governor of Arizona, who decided not to testify about her own election certification.
Kari Lake spoke to media and shared her opinions on the matter after the court procedures came to a close.
“We proved without a shadow of a doubt that there was malicious intent that caused disruption so great it changed the results of the election,” she said.
“We provided expert testimony,” she added. “We provided experts. The other side, brought in activists to try to save face. They admitted that they’ve known about these ballot problems. That they’re ballot problems. Now they’re trying to say that it’s been going on for three elections. Our elections are a mess in this country, and I am so happy to stand up and say, no longer will we, as Americans put up with this. We demand fair, honest, transparent elections and we will get them.”
After learning about the breadth of the anomalies in the Arizona elections, Lake vowed to keep pushing for a safe voting system.
“I am standing up for the people of this state, the people who were done wrong on Election Day, and the millions of people who live outside of Maricopa County, whose vote was watered down by this bogus election in Maricopa County,” Lake shared with Steve Bannon’s “War Room” podcast.
