A front-row ticket to the most heinous vices has been provided to Attorney General Merrick Garland and his associates. Maybe justice will be done here on Earth rather than in Dante’s Eighth Circle, which only allows admittance to those who are considered to be fraudulent.
After the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, attorney Joseph D. McBride is pursuing legal action to stop more injustice by combating lies propagated by Democrats about who was engaged and what happened on that day – he wants to make sure truth triumphs over lies with his motion filing!

“We just filed a motion in USA v RYAN TAYLOR NICHOLS to prevent the Government from advancing the false narrative that police were killed by protestors on J6,” Friday saw tweets from McBride. He went on to say, “NO MORE LIES.”
Legal action is the first step to stop this spread of false information, but the Biden administration has a history of spreading untruths. That may not be simple, and it definitely won’t fix all of our issues. Yet, in order to stop institutional dishonesty and safeguard democracy, we must also make tiny actions like these.
When he released previously unseen video from the January 6 riots this week, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson exposed some shocking realities. Turning a compelling story on its head, he refuted reports that demonstrators had killed police officers and exposed Senior officials’ possibly false accounts of what happened on that crucial day.
Garland was called out by Carlson for lying on his prime-time program. “Joe Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland is a liar. He just lied about something that is provably false. No police officers died that day on January 6. None. Not one.”
Garland did not see it that way.
“I think all Americans saw what happened on Jan. 6, and most of us saw it as it was happening,” Garland said, according to CNBC. “It was a violent attack on a fundamental tenet of American democracy.”
Peaceful protesting is an essential American principle and a tribute to democracy, as shown by the multitudes that day. Despite any incidents of disruption or violence, it was a display of strong patriotism in its purest form.
Garland continued by stating that five policemen died on that day and that over 100 officers were beaten. “We have charged more than 1,000 people with their crimes on that day, and more than 500 people have already been convicted. I think it’s very clear what happened on Jan. 6.”
Garland’s assertion that five cops had died on January 6th was sharply rebuked by Carlson.
The events on January 6 were very tragic. Nobody of right mind would dispute that since it is an undeniable reality. But it is totally false and dishonest to imply that demonstrators are to responsible for the deaths of five officers.
It goes without saying that context may be an effective tool for communicating information. By merely implying officers’ deaths were caused by protesters, rather than explicitly saying it, Garland could invoke doubt and emotion to stir up the controversy – something Satan himself would approve of! For all, lies often work best when they make vague allusions to untruths rather than outright admitting them.
Reiterate: On January 6, no police officers perished.
Officer Brian Sicknick heroically protected the US Capitol from protestors’ assault before tragically passing away one day later from a stroke brought on by an arterial blockage. He had been serving on the front lines of duty throughout this historic event.
Unfortunately, the violence last week resulted in the deaths of four heroic police officers from the Capitol Police and Washington Metropolitan Police departments. An official statement issued by their union claims that a further 140 people were hurt while attempting to safeguard Congress amid this upheaval. At this trying time, our thoughts are with them all.
Carlson continued by demonstrating that Liz Cheney’s allegation in a tweet that Sicknick “was killed defending our Capitol from the violent mob on January 6” was still visible to everyone in the globe.
President Biden, who was a key player in this intricate network of lying, collaborated with Garland and Cheney.
President Biden came under fire in March 2022 for making unproven claims concerning the January 6th Capitol uprising.
“Look, how would you feel if you saw crowds storm and break down the doors of the British Parliament, kill five cops, injure 145 — or the German Bundestag, or the Italian Parliament?” Biden said. “I think you’d wonder. Well, that’s what the rest of the world saw. It’s not who we are. And now, we’re proving, under pressure, that we are not that country. We’re united.”
False claims made by public authorities have the potential to have a significant impact on jury selection and voter turnout, setting off a worrying trend that might compromise justice.
Honesty must come first if deception is to be avoided and the nation’s future is to be protected.
You must begin somewhere. McBride is contributing in his own way. Ryan Taylor Nichols’ legal team is asking for a decree to prevent the prosecution from “arguing, mentioning, or presenting claims by Government witnesses at trial, that are unduly prejudicial about the deaths of police officers wrongfully attributed to demonstrations that took place on January 6, 2021.”
There have been allegations that Nichols was involved in the event that resulted in Police Officer Brian Sicknick being hit with a fire extinguisher.
McBride wrote the following in the 45-page court document: “The allegations are serious, controversy never-ending, and the smear tactics deployed against every January Sixth protestor seem to know no bounds,” According to the Longview News-Journal, it said.
“Ryan Nichols is thankful that he is not being tried in the court of public opinion and that the presumption of innocence as well as the presumption in favor of release support this application, which he now respectfully brings before this Court.”
“At one point, a person hands Nichols a bottle that looks like a fire extinguisher,” the filing continues. “Nichols admits to pointing it at officers who were spraying people with a substance and spraying them back. The spray appears to have no effect of any kind, on anyone,” the document states. “Ryan has no idea what was in the bottle.”
The Left used the sorrow of Officer Sicknick’s passing for their own political ends, but justice is finally being done as fresh evidence clears those who were wrongfully implicated. Finally, the truth is triumphing against twisted falsehoods and false narratives—a victory we can all support!
McBride has submitted a motion prohibiting the prosecution from suggesting any link between Sicknick’s death and an alleged fire extinguisher incident, which might have significant ramifications for their case. Francisco Diaz, the Chief Medical Examiner for Washington, D.C., will be called as an expert witness if it is required to refute this claim.
The promotion of a false narrative that entrenched injustice against political prisoners on January 6 by the U.S. administration demonstrated its deadly disrespect for justice and racial harmony and suggested it no longer acts with obedience to God but rather serves another master completely.
The father of lies is served by it. We all recognize that person.
