The campaign argues that Harris’ visit was rushed and lacked the substance necessary during such a crucial time.
A video clip of Harris at FEMA, shared by the Trump campaign, showed the Vice President addressing hurricane relief efforts for a total of approximately five minutes before promptly leaving the premises. According to the Trump team, Harris did not take any questions from the media, fueling the criticism that her visit was more of a public relations move than a genuine effort to address the situation.
