The daughter of George and Kellyanne Conway has forcefully expressed her opinions over the recent news that their marriage is ending after 20 years of wedlock.
Claudia Conway stirred up fresh interest this week when she came up about her time in the spotlight after many months of mostly remaining silent. The 18-year-old presented persuasive arguments against the current reporting on these issues while expressing unhappiness with media coverage of her political activity during Donald Trump’s presidency as well as that of her mother.

“For those asking how i am, i’m slaying per usual,” she tweeted.
“Also why does the media love to tear women down … all these journalists hatefully commenting on another woman’s marriage are either divorced, will be single forever, or haven’t met their husband’s secretary yet,” she added.
When a Twitter user questioned Claudia about her sentiments over her parents’ divorce, Claudia addressed the topic at hand. She bravely and gracefully responded to this challenging topic.
“I think everyone banks on having that picture-perfect ‘nuclear family’ but families come in all different structures so to put it simply, i love both of my parents and am excited for the new chapters of their lives that they are stepping into,” she said.
The couple’s public announcement of their impending split earlier this month added to the current trend of high-profile celebrity splits.
“We married more than two decades ago, cherish the many happy years (and four corgis) we’ve shared, and above all else, our four incredible children, who remain the heartbeat of our family and our top priority,” the couple said.
“We remain united as parents to provide love, joy, comfort and protection to our beautiful children,” it added.
Unmistakable friction existed between Kellyanne and George Conway, a political power couple, and it persisted for the whole four years of Trump’s administration. While George publicly criticized President Donald Trump and even founded The Lincoln Project, an anti-Trump organization that would later become embroiled in scandal before disbanding, the couple—despite being married for more than ten years—became entrenched on opposing sides of the political spectrum.
When Kellyanne Conway was working as a White House counselor, her husband’s outspoken critiques of the president are said to have caused tension in their marriage. This shows that the couple’s marital dispute was a result of political disagreements.
“Beltway insiders tell us that they’ve both lawyered up and that the two sides are hashing out the details of the split,” according to Page Six.
Kellyanne Conway joined the Trump campaign in 2016, transitioning from counselor to manager in charge of day-to-day operations throughout the election.
Vanity Fair noted in 2022 “One of the greatest mysteries of the 21st century is the marriage of Kellyanne Conway and her husband, George — specifically, if they hate each other as much as their public commentary would suggest, or if the whole thing is some kind of three-dimensional chess designed to further their own interests.”
The couple’s relationship was abruptly put to the test by their divergent political ideologies when Trump was president, ending over 20 years of blissful marriage. Despite this obstacle, they are still committed to one another and raising four lovely children together.
In her just-published 2022 memoir, “Here’s the Deal,” Kellyanne Conway offered a detailed portrait of her relationship with George. She referred to his frequent criticism of the former president in public as “cheating by tweeting” and acknowledged that Ivanka Trump had advised therapy for them both.
Before the book’s publication in May of that year, she told the New York Post that while the two of them had split up, their children were doing well:
Children are wonderful. Their father and I just go [between residences] back and forth, so someone is always with them. We are taking these steps to allow them to attend the schools of their choice. The eldest kids want to complete their academic degrees at the same institution where they began. And I can’t be the mother who tells her children, “Be your own person, chart your own path,” and then instruct them on what to do and where they must reside. I inform their dad that “It’s not like we’re driving kids to chemotherapy, we’re not to complain. We can do this.”
Kellyanne Conway criticizes former Fox News host Chris Wallace in her most recent book. She describes a difficult exchange in which he tried to coerce her into talking about details regarding George, which she refused to do.
