In a filed motion, the legal team for Donald Trump expressed concerns regarding the working relationship between two prosecutors. They are attempting to have the prosecutors removed from office on the grounds that the case against them has been tarnished by this purported bias.
Trump’s legal team tracked Wade’s movements using information from tower transmissions and his cellphone, which went against Wade’s earlier testimony regarding his visits to Willis’ condo. Documents reveal Wade spent more time with Willis than he had disclosed, including late-night visits prior to their romantic start in early 2022.
Wade and Willis acknowledged last week that they did not stay together at the condo in Hapeville.
A request for comment from the Fulton DA’s office spokesperson has not yet been answered.

The matter has been conclusively settled, to which Megyn Kelly responds, “Team Trump’s startling revelation in the #FaniWillis case exposes lies under oath. Possible perjury charges and Bar discipline ahead for these prosecutors. They won’t be able to continue on this case.”
