General Motors recently showed their dedication to fostering an inclusive future by donating a grant to a school to advance students’ awareness of gender identity. Pro-transgender groups may now provide kids interesting books that promote acceptance and respect for all identities thanks to this kind endowment.

The Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network’s “Rainbow Library” Program received a grant from the Detroit-based carmaker last year, which demonstrated their commitment to philanthropy in the field of education. They have improved educational chances for individuals in need and shown social responsibility by making this commitment.

According to Breitbart, this pro-transgender group is aggressively promoting the right of males who have undergone gender transition to participate in girls’ sports and use female facilities. This is a powerful message of inclusivity that many people are promoting around the nation in an effort to create an atmosphere where people of all genders may feel secure and supported.

The GM report acknowledged supporting the “Rainbow Library’s” initiatives to provide “supportive curriculum materials and book sets that are LGBTQ+ centered, racially diverse, and multicultural to K-12 schools.”

“This innovative program also provides ongoing support and professional guidance for educators to create inclusive, supportive and identity-safe classrooms nationwide,” it continued.

GM did not disclose the amount of funding given to the pro-transgender organization, but it did reveal “$86.7 million in cash and in-kind donations to nonprofits working to help create inclusive solutions to social issues around the world” according to the research, in 2021.

Pro-transgender group tries to alter the curriculum in schools

The GLSEN has come under fire for reportedly attempting to integrate “trans and non-binary” gender theory into curricula and school rules.

GLSEN offers lesson ideas, “educator guides,” and professional development training for teachers, according to its website.

GLSEN carefully selected the books for their program from a long list of critically acclaimed and award-winning works, including those recognized by the American Library Association’s Rainbow Book List and the Stonewall Award.

Jazz was aware early on that he was unique compared to other youngsters. At age two, the understanding led to a transformative journey of self-discovery and acceptance, which is chronicled in his book “I Am Jazz,” which is now available on Amazon!

The book “Gender Queer” by Maia Kabobe gives this list a more risqué spin by exploring sexuality and the many experiences related to gender identity. It investigates erotic fantasies and gives details of actual experiments in an effort to create a discussion regarding sexual flexibility.

Parental rights advocate Megan Brock said that GLSEN was seeking to utilize their “Rainbow Library” initiative as

“covertly groom children and influence educational policy,” in a Twitter post.

Through a video of GLSEN staff members discussing how kids may interact with transgender books accessible in libraries, Brock gave readers a look into the organization’s efforts to promote LGBTQ+ acceptance.

In order to serve future generations and inspire them to pursue a lifetime love of study, our organization is expanding. In addition to telling tales and teaching lessons via children’s books, we want to inspire schools’ math departments with our articles. “How Do We Make Math Class More Inclusive of Trans and Non-Binary Identities?”

In order to encourage students and teachers to participate in pro-LGBT activism, GLSEN developed a “Trans Action Kit” (pdf). Additionally, it encouraged the creation of fictitious religious altars for the commemoration of its “Transgender Day of Remembrance” so that young people could pray for transgender people who had passed away.

The powerful $25K gift from Chevrolet, a GM-owned corporation, to GLSEN highlights the significance of supporting LGBTQ+ kids.

“With this latest LGBTQ+ focused partnership, we are building on that history and reinforcing Chevy’s commitment to driving substantive cultural progress,” Steve Majoros, vice president of marketing for Chevrolet, stated.

For many years, GM has been a strong supporter of LGBT employees, vigorously promoting their empowerment and equal rights. Through efforts like those listed on their website, they have consistently shown their devotion.

“In recent years, GM and Chevrolet have provided grants to GLSEN to support their work to create safe, supportive and LGBTQ-inclusive learning environments for students. This is just one of the many initiatives and causes that GM has supported as the company provides philanthropic grants to hundreds of nonprofits each year,” The Epoch Times received a response from a GM and Chevrolet spokesperson.
