A newly uncovered batch of Department of Justice emails reads less like routine law enforcement correspondence and more like the plot of an international espionage thriller. The messages detail shocking allegations involving American operatives overseas, violent attacks, judicial interference, and claims of a sprawling child sex trafficking network reaching the highest levels of power. At the center of it all is a U.S. Special Forces legend—cast not as a hero, but as a central villain.
According to the documents, the emails involve a man identified as Ken Turner—who signs off as “KenT”—and potentially NYPD Detective Walter E. Harkins, whose name appears in a signature line in one of the messages. Harkins retired from the New York Police Department just days after the 2024 election, ending a 33-year career that spanned four generations of service within his family.
Every redacted email address in the exchange includes the designation “(NY) (OGA),” suggesting involvement from a New York-based Organized Crime or Government Affairs unit.
The correspondence begins on July 19, 2019, when Turner contacts the NY OGA and outlines his alleged activities in Mexico. Turner identifies one of his associates as Jorge Gonzales, whom he describes as “my friend in the Mexican Federal Government,” even providing a federal police phone number. He also introduces a former South African police officer and psychologist named Maryna, referring to her as his “partner.”
