Eric Swalwell’s DIRTY MONEY Scandal BLOWS UP!

Meyer also helps run a Facebook group called “CaliHaitians – Haitians in Az, Ca, Nv, Hi, Or, Wa,” which describes itself as a “progressive community” aiming to strengthen Haitian professionals in the U.S. One listed administrator is Guerline Jozef, head of the Haitian Bridge Alliance — a group known for opposing Trump-era immigration policies and assisting migrants at the southern border.

According to former FEC commissioner Hans von Spakovsky, the payments’ inconsistent labeling should prompt a federal review.

“This is the type of bizarre inconsistency that should catch the attention of the FEC,” he said. “Auditors should determine whether the spending reflects legitimate payments to a legitimate contractor.”

Federal Election Commission data show the payment descriptions changed multiple times over the years — a red flag that suggests possible reclassification to obscure the true purpose of funds.

When Fox News Digital pressed Swalwell’s campaign for clarification on Meyer’s actual role, the California Democrat didn’t explain the inconsistencies. Instead, he fired back on X (formerly Twitter), saying Fox News Digital “emailed and asked why I’ve spent $350,000 on security” and added, “Maybe I should send [the reporter] the bill?”

That dismissive tone isn’t new for Swalwell, who built his political brand by attacking Donald Trump and his supporters on “national security” grounds — while now facing his own potential campaign finance controversy.

This isn’t the first time Swalwell’s judgment has come under fire. He previously drew national attention after reports surfaced of his close ties to a suspected Chinese spy named Fang Fang — a scandal that forced his removal from the House Intelligence Committee.

Now, critics say the questionable payments to an unlicensed associate could signal another lapse in judgment. The fact that a limousine company owner — without a security license — was reportedly paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for “security services” only deepens the suspicion.

With FEC auditors likely to scrutinize these filings, the issue could escalate into a campaign finance investigation. Meanwhile, Swalwell remains silent on why a chauffeur and activist within a progressive Haitian network was receiving six-figure sums for duties that remain vague at best.

As Hans von Spakovsky put it, this case “should catch the attention of the FEC.” If it does, Eric Swalwell — once a loud moral crusader against “corruption” — may soon have to explain his own.
