Docs Show Kirk Shooter Had Secret Help?

“Martyr” Claims and Chaotic Scenes

Court documents reviewed by Fox 13 reveal that Zinn later claimed he wanted to be a “martyr for the person who was shot.” He was taken to a hospital for medical evaluation.

The scene at Utah Valley University was already chaotic, but Zinn’s actions poured gasoline on the fire. Video from the aftermath shows officers dragging him away as he screamed, “Shoot me!”

One officer could be heard telling the shocked crowd, “He said he shot him, but I don’t know.” The confusion led many bystanders to believe Zinn was actually the killer.

A History of Troublemaking

Local officials say Zinn is no stranger to trouble. Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill told the Salt Lake Tribune, “Almost every political event you can think of, there was always George somewhere in the background, listening.”

Gill described him as an eccentric with “odd behavior challenges” but insisted he was more of a nuisance than a true threat. Zinn has been arrested multiple times for trespassing at film festivals, protests, and political meetings.

In 2013, he even served a year behind bars for making threats to bomb the Salt Lake City Marathon.

No Known Ties to the Suspected Killer

Despite his actions, authorities say there is no evidence linking Zinn to Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect accused of murdering Charlie Kirk.

Robinson was captured after a 33-hour manhunt. According to Fox News, Robinson’s father recognized his son in surveillance images released by the FBI and convinced him to surrender. The elder Robinson reportedly sought guidance from a family preacher before persuading Tyler to turn himself in.

Sources say the accused killer threatened suicide before his arrest.

Inside the Investigation

Utah Governor Brian Cox told ABC News that Robinson is refusing to cooperate behind bars. However, family members and his romantic partner — a man transitioning to female — are assisting authorities.

The governor said those close to Robinson described him as “deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.”

Meanwhile, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed chilling details from Robinson’s communications. In one text exchange with a friend, Robinson boasted he had a chance to “take out Charlie Kirk” and confirmed he was “going to do it.”

Patel also disclosed that DNA evidence has tied Robinson to key items left at the scene, including a screwdriver recovered from a university rooftop and a towel wrapped around the murder weapon.

A Nation on Edge

The tragic death of Charlie Kirk and the strange sideshow surrounding Zinn have left conservatives across America demanding answers — and accountability.

While the real killer sits in custody under “special watch” awaiting a mental health evaluation, Zinn’s reckless stunt stands as a reminder of how quickly chaos and misinformation can spread during a national tragedy.
