Clinton appointee Judge Lewis Kaplan brought Trump to the witness stand and stated that ‘inserted fingers into E. Jean Carroll’s vagina.’
Judge Kaplan was alluding to the decision rendered by the Manhattan jury the previous year.
E. Jean Carroll claimed in 2019 that she was raped by Donald Trump in the 1990s in a changing room at Bergdorf Goodman.
Trump has refuted the claims and described E. Jean Carroll as “not my type” and a “whack job.”
Last year, E. Jean Carroll received a $5 million damage award from the jury.
Jurors found that E. Jean Carroll could not provide evidence of Trump’s rape of her.
But according to the jurors, E. Jean Carroll provided evidence that Trump had molested her sexually by “plunking fingers into her vagina.”
