Democrats PANIC Over Musk’s Influence in Treasury!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Their mission? To audit federal agencies, optimize outdated systems, and help streamline government operations. According to sources, these efforts could result in significant savings for taxpayers, slashing unnecessary federal expenditures and increasing productivity across agencies.

But this bold move has sent shockwaves through the Democrat-media establishment, which appears to be in full panic mode over the prospect of government waste being exposed and eliminated.

Politico first broke the news that Reps. Chu and Moore made an unannounced entrance into Speaker Johnson’s office, pressing him on why Musk’s team was granted access to a Treasury Department payment system. Their concerns seem to align with broader Democratic fears of outsiders—particularly those with conservative or libertarian leanings—interfering in the government’s long-standing bureaucratic processes.

According to Politico:

“Reps. Judy Chu (D-Calif.) and Gwen Moore (D-Wisc.) barged into House Speaker Mike Johnson’s office unscheduled on Wednesday and challenged him about Elon Musk’s team gaining access to a sensitive payment system at the Treasury Department.”

Their visit came shortly after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent arrived at Johnson’s office to discuss implementing President Donald Trump’s tax policies. However, Moore later admitted that Bessent was not present when they confronted the Speaker.

Rep. Judy Chu went so far as to accuse Musk and his team of stealing Americans’ private financial data, making an explosive claim in front of reporters.

“Gwen Moore forced her way in there, and then I got to go in right behind her,” Chu said. “And she was already confronting Speaker Johnson about Treasury Secretary Bessent and the stealing of Americans’ private information, tax information that should never be stolen and given to this billionaire Elon Musk.”

The accusation, though dramatic, lacks substantial evidence. There has been no confirmation of data breaches or improper handling of financial information by Musk’s DOGE team. Instead, their known mission has been focused on increasing efficiency and identifying areas of excessive government waste.

The furious reaction from Chu and Moore signals just how threatened some Democrats feel by Musk’s efforts to cut down on federal inefficiency. The idea of an outsider—especially a billionaire entrepreneur with a track record of disruptive innovation—digging into government spending has put many in Washington on edge.

While Democrats claim to be concerned about security risks, their rush to block DOGE’s work suggests that something more is at play. Is it fear that wasteful government spending will finally be exposed? Could it be that powerful interests are nervous about losing their grip on taxpayer funds?

Musk’s team remains focused on its goal: modernizing federal systems and eliminating inefficiencies that have plagued Washington for decades. But as this latest confrontation proves, the entrenched establishment will fight tooth and nail to maintain the status quo.

One thing is clear—Musk’s involvement in government reform is only just beginning, and the opposition is scrambling to stop him.
