John Rich has shown his triumphant tenacity in the courts against a competing concert producer. The country music singer is now looking forward to building on his current level of success both onstage and off.
After Rich cancelled a performance due to altered policy concerning unvaccinated attendees during the pandemic, legal action was taken by the promoter. They ultimately came to an understanding in court and rejoiced at the result!

Rich tweeted a statement outlining some wonderful news.
“During the lockdowns, I stated I’d NEVER play a concert venue that forced fans to show their ‘papers’ for entry concerning COVID,” Rich said in a tweet.
“One venue added that rule after I agreed to play, so I cancelled it,” the country star went on. “The promoter sued me. He LOST the case today! Happy to say I never bent the knee.”

Users on Twitter expressed their shock and disappointment after hearing the news, expressing their dissatisfaction.
“I won’t be attending any of your concerts anytime soon,” one Twitter user wrote. “With that attitude, the likely attendees are going to be a concentrated group of anti-vaxxers. It sounds like a great place to catch COVID. To other John Rich fans: if you’re smart, you will stay away too.”

The well-known “Progress” artist enthusiastically concurred, saying, “Sounds like a plan!”
Recently, Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Biden’s physician advisor, came under fire from country music legend Luke Combs for his controversial position on public health measures during the epidemic. Combs criticized the lockdowns and vaccination requirements.
Rich was one of many who voiced astonishment and surprise when Dr. Fauci revealed in August that he would be leaving the federal government, with intentions to finish by the end of the year.
“Fauci has resigned,” the singer of country tweeted. “I’m guessing it’s so he has time to prepare with his lawyers for his appearance at the 2023 Nuremberg Code trials.”
