The Betrayal That Never Ends
For Greene, the anger runs deep. Republicans promised for seven years to repeal Obamacare — and when they finally had the chance, they caved.
John McCain’s infamous thumbs-down killed repeal in 2017. RINOs like Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski followed his lead, protecting a law that crushed private insurance markets.
Now, Greene is demanding answers from Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate GOP leaders.
“Not a single Republican in leadership talked to us about this or has given us a plan to help Americans deal with their health insurance premiums DOUBLING,” she blasted.
She says Johnson claimed to have “ideas and pages of policy ideas” but refused to share them.
Meanwhile, Greene points out that Washington’s priorities are wildly out of touch.
“Our country sent $30 billion to Israel in 2024 alone killing countless innocent children and sent HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS to Ukraine in the past few years,” she wrote. “All our country does is fund foreign countries and foreign wars, and never does anything to help the American people!!!”
That’s vintage Greene — America First, unapologetically blunt, and unafraid to call out both parties.
Whoopi Goldberg’s Stunning Announcement
During The View’s “Hot Topics” segment, Whoopi Goldberg shocked the audience with a single line that set social media on fire.
“I’m happy to say that she’s going to be here on Tuesday,” Goldberg said, referring to Greene.
The studio gasped. Joy Behar quickly noted, “It’s election day. It happens to be election day.”
Goldberg added, “I don’t know how many things we agree on but I know the one thing that she and I and all of us at this table agree on is this should not be affecting the American people.”
It’s rare to hear that kind of agreement between Goldberg and Greene — and it’s exactly why this appearance could become one of the most talked-about episodes of The View in years.
Taking the Fight to Enemy Territory
Greene says she’s not appearing on The View to make friends. She’s going because someone has to confront liberal media narratives head-on.
“I’m here in Washington DC this week to meet with anyone who is AMERICA ONLY and will work with me on a plan for AMERICANS ONLY!!!” she wrote.
Her message resonates in her Georgia district, where working-class families are feeling the sting of rising health costs. Business owners like Doug Bowling in Rome, Georgia, say they’re being squeezed dry. “We’re making no money,” he admitted.
About 74,000 residents in Greene’s district rely on Obamacare tax credits. Without them, premiums could skyrocket by 80 to 200 percent — and Greene knows those families are caught between a rock and a hard place.
“I’m carving my own lane,” she declared. “I’m absolutely disgusted that health insurance premiums will DOUBLE if the tax credits expire this year.”
A Showdown That Could Shake Washington
Greene’s willingness to face The View on Election Day shows she’s not afraid of hostile territory — or breaking with her own party when it matters.
“I’m not some sort of blind slave to the president, and I don’t think anyone should be,” Greene said. “I serve in Congress. We’re a separate branch of the government, and I’m not elected by the president. I’m not elected by anyone that works in the White House. I’m elected by my district.”
While other Republicans avoid liberal media, Greene is walking straight into the fire.
And if history is any guide, she won’t be the one getting burned.
