The fact that South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has endorsed Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential election may not come as much of a surprise, but the way she made the news points to a more important message.
Noem pledged to support Trump’s win and the preservation of our country at a party fundraising in Rapid City.
She further added that each Republican contender running in the 2024 election had been sent an invitation to the function.
“All of them told us that they had better things to do. But when President Trump was invited to come be with you tonight, he said, ‘I will be there,’” she said.
She continued by saying Trump is “the leader, the fighter that our country needs” and that “he has my full and complete endorsement.”
When Trump called Noem “one of the most successful governors in the entire nation” and “a warrior for American values.”
For a long time, Governor Noem was thought of as a potential 2024 presidential candidate or possibly Trump’s running mate. Her stance in favor of the former president is not brand-new.

Four women were reportedly being considered by Trump as potential vice presidential candidates in March, according to sources. House Republicans are seriously considering Florida Representative Byron Donalds as a potential replacement for former President Trump. Donalds has indicated that he is open to taking up this position.
Vivek Ramaswamy, a well-known supporter of Trump, is one potential candidate who is regularly touted. Among the Republicans running for president in 2024, he stands out and has experienced unexpected polling success.
The breakout candidate hasn’t completely ruled out the prospect despite their reluctance to accept a second-in-command position. As other candidates struggle to reach a meager 15 percent in the polls, the media has started to speculating about prospective vice presidential candidates in light of Donald Trump’s massive lead in the polls.
