The Department of Justice is going above and above to protect the privacy of 400 pages of documents that purport to include cash and gifts allegedly sent to the Biden brothers. They are aggressively striving to prevent the public from accessing this sensitive information.
The Department of Justice was sued in March by Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans for ignoring his FOIA request for information on the Biden family.

Evans, a specialist in the Freedom of Information Act, asked for records regarding “any relationship, communication, gift(s), and/or remuneration in any form” between Jim or Hunter Biden, China, Russia, or the Ukraine.
The department first said they possessed 400 pages of “potentially relevant” records, but they now deny having them.

“They eventually produced about 60 pages of documents, but they’re all letters from senators and congressmen asking about Hunter, and letters from DoJ back,” he said.
“Then towards the end of last year they said, ”well we have these 400 pages of potentially responsive documents, we need to review them.”
“In March I filed suit, and before Magistrate Judge Michael Hegarty they made the same representation: they’ve done a thorough search, they’ve uncovered 400 potentially responsive documents.”

Evans received a puzzling answer from the government after months of vagueness, stating that they were “neither confirming nor denying” the data in issue.

“I’m quite confident that they will move for summary judgment on the privacy exemptions under FOIA in an effort to avoid having to produce these documents,” he added.
“But I don’t think they should in this instance, particularly when they’ve disclosed and put on the record that potentially responsive documents exist,” Evans said.
“The problem is, FOIA has become a toothless vehicle. Courts do not comply with the spirit of the law, they’re more inclined to bend over backwards to accept the government’s position rather than force disclosure.”

Each and every agency or activity of the U.S. Government should demonstrate the utmost of honesty in performing their assigned duties. Yet, each and all of these Governmental agencies or activities have matters they considere to be of urgent necessity to remain hidden and out of sight. Our Justice System is so dishonest that the lady of Justice must hide her face in shame. Since 1940, the communists in our Democrat Party have installed their special communistic personnel in damned near every aspect of our Government activities. There are no longer politicians who are exempt from dishonesty and disloyalty. Politicians of today do not pursue what they have been elected for, but rather, what they can manage to steal, gain excess wealth, and remain in a job or position where they are exceptionally well paid. For many decades, the USA was respected worldwide for honesty, sound judgement, and a life of freedom. Where are these traits now? They are nonexistent!
