After smashing into a school bus in Clark County, Ohio, an illegal immigrant from Haiti who had been released into the interior of the country from the southern border last year has been charged with murdering 11-year-old Aiden Clark.
According to the criminal complaint submitted to Clark County Municipal Court, Hermanio Joseph, 35, is being charged with vehicular murder as a result of an incident. Joseph’s bond was recently set at $100,000 at a court hearing.

Prosecutors intend to present further accusations to a grand jury, according to the local media station WHIO.
In a tragic turn of events, police have named Joseph as the driver of a horrific crash that occurred close to a nearby school. On August 22, shortly after 8 a.m., Joseph’s Honda Odyssey accidentally crossed in front of a school bus. Aiden Clark, an 11-year-old pupil, was tragically flung from the bus as a result of the collision and lost his life. The neighborhood is still in disbelief and grieving after this tragic tragedy.
The youngster started school on the day of the deadly collision. “His love of sports was unparalleled, his desire to gain knowledge never stopped, and his weird interests were inspiring and never-ending,” His relatives contributed to Clark’s obituary. “From his daily vegetable gardening with his dad, trampoline jumping with his big sister, creating Minecraft worlds with his big bro, and always snuggling with mom. Aiden loved playing old-school board games, doing word searches by flashlight in bed, playing outdoor sports inside, chasing his dog, Daisy Mae, and snuggling with anyone.”
At the time of the deadly collision, Joseph only had a Mexican driver’s license in his possession, according to Ohio State Troopers.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokeswoman has confirmed that Joseph, a citizen of Haiti, arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border in August 2022, according to a report from Breitbart News. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sent him a summons to appear in federal immigration court soon after his arrival. Joseph was unexpectedly allowed to enter the country and is currently in Ohio.
While the Biden administration’s parole program for illegal immigrants is frequently praised, many of these people never show up as required in federal court.
