Judge Juan Merchan denies the plea for recusal made by Trump’s legal team, citing his everlasting dedication to being “fair and impartial”. Merchan asserts his competence to administer justice impartially despite making little contributions to Democratic organizations.

In a document submitted more than two months ago, Trump’s attorneys asked that Merchan be excluded from the hush money trial due to apparent conflicts of interest. March 25 is the tentative commencement date for the trial.
In a statement dated June, Trump’s attorneys asked Merchan, who handled Trump’s arrest in a Manhattan business fraud case, to withdraw from the motion.
“President Trump, like all Americans, is entitled under the Constitution to an impartial judge and fair legal process,” In the statement, they said.
On social media, Trump said that Merchan “hates me.” Trump’s attorneys referenced Merchan’s oversight of the criminal case against the Trump Organization in their statement from June. Additionally, they mention that Merchan’s daughter worked for a political organization that supported Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.

As a legal researcher and educator I came to the conclusion years ago when the courts out right don’t recognize the law and operate souly in their own interests, so I say unto all you US Citizens, and I quote, “There is no such thing as law in this country.” since the law no longer exists in this country then Trump and all the rest of you sheeple don’t need to pay any attention to what a court does. If you want to win your case, just don’t enter a plea. If you don’t enter a plea then the courts lack personum jurisdiction to hear the case. Your reason for not entering a plea? You don’t recognize the court. That’s all that needs to be said.
Now, if the judge says he’s going to enter a plea for you because you refuse to then he has stepped down from the bench to act as your attorney and he can no longer sit on the bench as the impartial judge. Now you file a notice to recuse the judge and If he refuses to recluse himself, he has now committed a crime against you thereby violating your Constitutional rights to due prosses. As soon as I get a case number I file several motion one being a judicial notice of judge loosing his Official Immunity by not following the rules required of a judge to sit impartial on the bench and for ANY crimes he commits against you in YOUR court of law. Now you can file a civil action against the judge in his personal capacity for violating your constitutional right to do process.
All this hanky panky I see going on with Trump and the courts disgusts me.
If Trump had any competent attorneys worth their weight in salt, all these cases would have been thrown out of court. Anyone heard of statute of limitations? or violations of federal election laws?
Only thing I can figure is that either Trump’s attorney are onto something very big and they are setting a trap, or they are just plain stupid and should ask for their money back they spent for law school.
