In the Hunter Biden probe, Congressman James Comer (R-KY) anticipates many criminal referrals. Comer predicted six to ten referrals to the Justice Department during an interview on Fox News. This comes after a damning FD-1023 form was made public, which exposed President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in a criminal bribery conspiracy. The probe is developing quickly and might have legal repercussions.
The recommended charges against the Bidens might have a big impact, Fox said in a recent news broadcast. The financial side of the Bidens’ engagement is troubling, claims an informant in the FBI dossier. According to the informant, each Biden’s costs require five payments.
The same report claims that Hunter Biden has been called “stupid”. Furthermore, it is asserted that the CEO of a Ukrainian gas business, Burisma, is in possession of 17 recordings that purport to be of Joe Biden.
Excitement over upcoming revelations has been stoked by the recent release of 17 recorded talks. Discussions including Joe Biden are captured on these recordings, which are allegedly in the custody of the Burisma leader in Ukraine.

The ongoing debate regarding the Bidens’ activities in Ukraine is being heated up by fresh information from the Hunter Biden inquiry. The stakes have been upped by Congressman Comer’s references to possible criminal referrals and the possibility of publishing supposed tapes implicating President Biden, which will put the matter to the fore of the public’s attention in the coming days.
The FBI file describing a criminal plot involving former Vice President Biden and Ukrainian business executives was made public by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). This document, known as an FD-1023 form, was legally obtained thanks to protected disclosures made by Justice Department whistleblowers.
A bribery conspiracy involving Biden and a high-ranking official of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma is described in the record. The inventor of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, and a Confidential Human Source (CHS) met again in Vienna, Austria, in 2016. At this discussion, Hunter Biden recommended Burisma to purchase a bigger US-based company with a track record in the oil and gas sector in order to raise additional money, according to Zlochevsky.
As mentioned in the letter, Burisma management hired Hunter with the goal of using his father’s connections to protect the business from potential threats. Burisma was aggressively looking for commercial prospects in the US while also dealing with a Ukrainian corruption inquiry.
The document asserts that Mykola Zlochevsky, the CEO of Burisma, acknowledged giving Hunter and Joe Biden $5 million each. According to reports, Zlochevsky used the slang phrase “poluchili,” which means “compelled or pressured to pay” in Russian.

Zlochevsky claims to have numerous text messages and audio recordings proving he was coerced into paying the Bidens money in order to secure the firing of Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. He also claims to have two documents, probably financial records, that serve as verification of the contract. It’s crucial to notice that he makes it clear that he didn’t give any money directly to Joe Biden, commonly known as the “Big Guy.”
Zlochevsky told the CHS in a 2016 interview that he felt pressed to give the Bidens money. According to Zlochevsky, he has a large number of text conversations and recordings that show he was coerced into making these payments. Furthermore, he predicted that it would take ten years for investigators to find proof of unauthorized payments made to Joe Biden. According to these tapes, Zlochevsky bribed the Bidens to ensure the firing of Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor general of Ukraine.
Grassley and Comer, the chair of the House committee, have pursued information from the FBI and Justice Department regarding how they handled these charges. Comer has expressed support for Grassley’s position and emphasized that the FBI’s track record is consistent with the proof uncovered by the Oversight Committee’s inquiry into the commercial dealings of the Biden family.
He explained, “In the FBI’s record, the Burisma executive claims that he didn’t pay the ‘big guy’ directly but that he used several bank accounts to conceal the money. That sounds an awful lot like how the Bidens conduct business: using multiple bank accounts to hide the source and total amount of the money.”
At first, Senator Grassley said that the FBI has a ton of evidence pointing to possible criminal behavior involving the Biden family. They issued a subpoena in coordination with Representative Comer to make sure that this evidence was made available to the public. Despite the FBI’s partial compliance with the subpoena, Senator Grassley was nevertheless able to get a legally protected disclosure with minimal redactions. In order to protect a trustworthy FBI source, handling agents, department whistleblowers, and material relating to other active investigations, certain redactions were done.
