Sean Hannity has been chosen by Fox News to replace Tucker Carlson in the coveted 8 p.m. time slot. The credible Drudge information is the source of this information.
Top of the outlet’s website headline Wednesday announced the information, “HANNITY FOXNEWS SHOWCASE; MOVES TO 8 PM.”
A kicker above that announcement provided some hazy facts. “FOXNEWS preparing to announce ambitious new schedule, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned, a schedule where every hour of primetime will change!”
It cited a “top source” who reportedly said, “It’s our boldest and most fearless line-up ever.”
For lovers of Fox News, exciting news! According to a recent subheadline, Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld will each get their own primetime shows. Don’t pass up the opportunity to see these well-known individuals in action.
A spokesperson for Fox News has refuted the information claimed to be related to the Mediaite story’s assertion.
“No decision has been made on a new primetime line-up and there are multiple scenarios under consideration,” the spokesperson said.
Following Carlson’s firing in April, Fox’s viewership significantly declined.
After switching timeslots, “Tucker Carlson Tonight” loses half of its audience, drawing only 1.48 million people in at 8 p.m.
Advertisers were originally put off by the move, but Mediaite reports that they are gradually coming back to the highly sought-after 8 p.m. time slot.

Sean Hannity has been a well-known figure on Fox News for more than 20 years, ever since he co-hosted “Hannity and Colmes” with Alan Colmes in 1996. Hannity has been working alone since Colmes left in 2009 and has remained a well-known figure on the network.
With his record-breaking tenure, Hannity broke Larry King’s previous mark of 25 years, 6 months, and 15 days as the longest-running prime-time television news host. Mediaite reported on this success.
Carlson has not posted anything on his personal website or social media pages as of Wednesday afternoon.

“There aren’t many platforms left that allow free speech,” In a video sent on Twitter, Carlson claimed. “The last big one remaining in the world, the only one is Twitter, where we are now.”
Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, didn’t spare any time in revealing his pick of executive to oversee daily operations. Linda Yaccarino, a former advertising executive at NBC Universal, was appointed as the new boss just a few days after the first announcement.
On Twitter, critics questioned her dedication to permitting open expression on the site in response to her nomination.
Musk made an effort to reassure users, though. He previously tweeted, “I hear your concerns, but don’t judge too early.”
“I am adamant about defending free speech, even if it means losing money,” he said.
