A stunning admission from one of Joe Biden’s closest advisers has thrown Washington into turmoil. Mike Donilon — a longtime Biden confidant and senior campaign strategist — confessed under oath that he had a direct financial motive to keep quiet about the president’s declining cognitive health during the 2024 election campaign.
The revelation came to light after the House Oversight Committee, led by Chairman James Comer (R-KY), released video footage from Donilon’s closed-door deposition. The video, unveiled Tuesday, shows Donilon visibly uncomfortable as he admits that his multimillion-dollar bonus depended entirely on Biden winning reelection.
When a congressional investigator asked Donilon whether his pay included a performance-based incentive, Donilon hesitated before responding:
“Yes, there was.”
Pressed further, he revealed, “That Joe Biden would have been reelected President of the United States.”
Finally, he confirmed the staggering number: “Um, I believe it would have been $4 million.”
This explosive testimony supports whistleblower claims that senior Biden aides were financially motivated to conceal the president’s mental decline — not only from voters, but even from members of his own Cabinet.
