Joe Estes, a snowplow driver for the Ohio Department of Transportation, had just started his Sunday shift when a call came through from his supervisor.
“I got a phone call and they said, ‘We’ve got a sick baby and we need to get there, we’re losing our window of time,'” Estes recalled.
