A shocking new disclosure from Capitol Hill has blown the lid off what really happened behind the scenes of January 6. According to Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), the FBI had multiple warnings — not from random internet chatter, but from their own confidential informants — that Antifa-linked groups were planning armed attacks in Washington, D.C. during the protests. Yet those warnings were never shared with Capitol security or the Trump administration.
Explosive Warnings Ignored
In an interview with Just The News, Loudermilk said he was “floored” by the sheer amount of detailed intelligence the FBI possessed — intelligence that clearly pointed to possible violence at the Capitol. “There is no way that at least the Washington Field Office or the FBI headquarters was not aware that there were elements… coming to Washington, DC with the intent of attacking the Capitol of the United States,” he said.
The intelligence wasn’t vague or last-minute. According to Loudermilk, at least two dozen informants embedded in extremist and radical groups across the country had sent in reports weeks before January 6, warning that “armed” confrontations were being planned. These informants even traveled to D.C. themselves to assist the FBI during the event.
