Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) have exposed yet another deep-state operation targeting former President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. According to newly revealed records, the FBI and DOJ under Joe Biden’s administration orchestrated a politically driven investigation—codenamed “Arctic Frost”—to go after Trump, Pence, and their allies.
Armed with whistleblower disclosures and internal documents, the senators revealed how the FBI seized government-issued phones belonging to Trump and Pence without needing a warrant. The agency then worked backward, attempting to justify its actions by later preparing a search warrant to access the data.

FBI’s ‘Gotcha’ Tactics Approved by Biden’s White House
According to a source familiar with the probe, Biden’s Office of White House Counsel, under Dana Remus and Jonathan Su, “gave its blessing” for the FBI to take possession of Trump and Pence’s devices in early May 2022. “The Biden White House played right along with the FBI’s ‘gotcha’ scheme against Trump,” the source told Fox News.
