What was supposed to be a festive holiday event in Orlando, Florida, turned into a nightmare when a city-sponsored Christmas drone show went catastrophically wrong, injuring a young boy and leaving parents in shock.
Sunday evening’s drone display, orchestrated by Sky Elements Drones and hosted at Lake Eola Park, drew large crowds eager to witness the synchronized choreography of hundreds of illuminated drones. The aerial spectacle transformed the night sky into a dazzling display of red and green lights as the drones moved in elaborate formations. However, what began as a mesmerizing performance quickly descended into chaos.
