The wife of Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert has publicly blasted Vice President Kamala Harris for what she sees as inappropriate politicization of disaster relief efforts following Hurricane Milton. Devon Mostert, in a now-deleted Instagram Story post, took aim at Harris for criticizing Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in the aftermath of the storm.
Hurricane Milton made landfall, leaving millions of Florida residents without power. While state authorities scrambled to provide relief, Vice President Harris made comments accusing DeSantis of playing “political games.” This did not sit well with Devon Mostert, who shared her thoughts on Instagram, declaring Harris to be “garbage” for using the hurricane response as a platform for political attacks.

“In case you missed it, Kam Kam went on a media rant yesterday about how selfish and utterly responsible DeSantis is,” Devon wrote, accompanied by clips of President Joe Biden commending DeSantis for doing a “great job” and Harris criticizing him. “The math ain’t mathing, sis,” she added, expressing her frustration with what she views as conflicting messages from the administration. “They’re sinking their own ship,” she concluded, as reported by Fox News.
