The encounter took place outside a Hollywood restaurant, where Obama had been dining, raising serious concerns about how an armed stranger was able to approach so closely undetected.
The incident unfolded last weekend in an alleyway outside the trendy Mother Wolf restaurant. The bar mitzvah security guard, who stumbled upon the vehicle, was stationed at a nearby event and had no idea who was inside the black SUV when he approached it.
