Former congresswoman and Democratic presidential hopeful Tulsi Gabbard has predicted that Vice President Kamala Harris will have difficulty handling spontaneous moments in the upcoming presidential debate. Speaking with Breitbart News, Gabbard, now a former Democrat herself, warned that Harris’ record will come under intense scrutiny, particularly in unscripted situations, which could expose weaknesses in her debate performance.
This prediction comes from Gabbard, who famously confronted Harris during a 2019 Democratic primary debate, casting doubt on Harris’ record as a prosecutor. That exchange was seen as a turning point for Harris, who struggled to defend herself and appeared unprepared for Gabbard’s pointed critique. Harris, once seen as a strong contender for the Democratic nomination, never fully recovered from that moment, and now Gabbard suggests history could repeat itself on the debate stage.
