Poll Bomb: Harris Campaign IMPLODES

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

If these trends persist, Harris’s road to the White House could be more of a dead-end than a clear path. Her first sit-down interview as the Democratic nominee on Thursday did little to reassure her supporters. During the interview, Harris discussed a range of topics, including her economic plans, fracking, immigration, and the performance of the current administration. However, she struggled to explain her inconsistent policy positions, frequently relying on her running mate Walz to step in.

Breitbart highlighted this growing concern, reporting on the fluctuating odds that now show Harris potentially losing to Trump. The Vice President’s odds have tumbled from being the favorite at 10/11 (52.4%) on Thursday to tied with Trump at 19/20 (51.3%) on Friday morning, according to Star Sports betting company.

In contrast, Trump’s odds of winning in November have improved significantly, rising from 21/20 (48.8%) before the interview to 20/21 (51.2%), according to the U.K.-based bookmaker Betfair. Thursday’s interview was the national media’s first opportunity to see Harris in an unscripted setting, answering basic questions about her campaign and qualifications to succeed Joe Biden. However, the performance didn’t impress the political observers or the betting markets.

William Kedjanyi, a betting analyst at Star Sports, commented on the situation, saying, “Vice President Harris is now tied at 19/20 with Republican candidate Donald Trump, drifting slightly from 10/11 yesterday. The Californian had been 5/6 in recent weeks but she has failed to surge ahead of Trump in the market.”

He added, “GOP supporters will hope Trump can now go on to tip the balance in his favor before November’s presidential election.”

Kedjanyi’s remarks underscore the growing momentum for Trump as the election approaches. Before Harris’s interview with CNN, the Betfair Exchange market had been nearly even. However, the lead has seesawed throughout August, and Trump has emerged as the odds-on favorite again after being backed into 21/20.

Brutal “Pocket Weapon” Stops Hearts (discounted for next 78)

Trump’s supporters have consistently criticized the media’s inability to accurately gauge his level of support among the electorate. They point to his surprise victory in 2016 as evidence that pollsters still struggle to identify and measure the enthusiasm of the MAGA base. The path to 270 electoral votes for Trump hinges on several swing states he narrowly lost in 2020, including Georgia and Pennsylvania, but won four years earlier. Even some Democrats, like Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), have predicted that Trump could carry their state.

As the 2024 election draws nearer, Kamala Harris’s campaign faces an uphill battle. With the swing states slipping away and Trump gaining ground, the Vice President will need to mount a significant comeback to avoid what could be a devastating defeat in November.
