As Biden shuffled onto the stage alongside Harris, the atmosphere was far from electrifying. The pair addressed the modest crowd on Thursday, touting their efforts to lower prescription drug costs for Americans. However, the message appeared to fall flat, both in delivery and in substance.

During his speech, Biden quickly descended into a rambling monologue, falsely claiming credit for negotiating lower prices for prescription drugs. “We lowered prescription drug costs for the American people,” he insisted. But the reality of his policies tells a different story.
