Legendary basketball player and sports analyst Charles Barkley recently expressed his exasperation with ESPN’s coverage of the NBA Finals, leading him to turn off his television in frustration. Barkley, known for his unfiltered opinions and long tenure on TNT’s “Inside the NBA,” didn’t hold back in his critique during an appearance on the Outkick show with host Dan Dakich.

Instead of focusing on the imminent championship game, ESPN dedicated considerable airtime to discussing the potential new coach for the Los Angeles Lakers—a topic Barkley found irrelevant given the context.
